Pure Ceramic Non-Toxic Cookware

Can I tell you something I've been sitting on for a while? I've shared before that I only cook with non-toxic cookware in our home, but if you are new here, here's the details on the switch.

For years, I cooked dinner every night without ever asking what was actually IN my pots and pans. I used non-stick for convenience. Then I went down a rabbit hole on nonstick coatings, PFAS, and "forever chemicals," and I couldn't unknow what I learned.

So I went looking for something better recently and updated my list of The Best Non-Toxic Cookware. That search led me to Xtrema, a family-owned company making cookware that's pure ceramic, through and through. No coatings. No PFAS. No metal core hiding underneath. Just ceramic, start to finish.
