You may have noticed a couple of new sections on the site — Wellness and Mindful Living — now added right to the menu bar alongside recipes.
Delightful Mom Food will always be rooted in food and recipes. That’s the heart of this space.
But over the years, I’ve realized that food doesn’t live in a bubble — it’s deeply connected to how we feel, how we live, and how we care for ourselves and our families day to day.
The new Wellness section is where I’ll be sharing food-related wellness topics — things like ingredients, simple nutrition education, and everyday habits that support feeling your best (without extremes).
The Mindful Living section is all about the rhythms of real life — mindset, intentional habits, seasonal living, and small shifts that make life feel calmer and more grounded, especially as moms.
If food brought you here, you’re still exactly where you belong.
These new topics are simply meant to support the bigger picture of nourishing your life — not just your plate.
